New updated 22nd Nov ‘09
Hi All,
I’ve decided to change the system a little bit to make it a little less aggressive, and a little more user friendly.
When waves are sent you will see them in the ‘Pending’ section in your account area. Now you can click on either click ‘Allow’ or ‘Disallow’. If you click ‘Allow’ that wave will be scheduled to hit your account 24 hours after the wave was published by the user. This gives everyone 24 hours to either allow or disallow each wave. If you do not click either, the wave simply expires.
Another couple of great features are ‘Suspend account’ and ‘Send a tweet on signup.’
Send a tweet on signup
Thank you to everyone who when registered posted a generic RT about Twee.tw/ave on their Twitter timeline. New users will have the option to do this also. It is a not invasive tweet that advertises this site.
Suspend account
If you do not have time to login to your twee.tw/ave account then you may suspend your account for a short period of time. This can be helpful if you are going on holiday, or a business trip, or anything in between. Please remember to un-suspend your account on your return. When you suspend your account you will receive no email notifications and no pending tweets. I would not recommend on doing this for more than 7 days max.
I hope you enjoy the new features!
Dan
