Email Updates

Hi All,
Every time a user of the system sends a wave on the site, you will receive an instant notification via email of that tweet and how to disapprove it.

The reason why you only have the chance to disapprove the wave is because there is a 24 hour window after the wave has been sent for all registered users to have time to make their decision. If you DO NOT disapprove each wave after 24 hours, it will be sent to your account AUTOMATICALLY.

Please remember to log back onto the site regularly, check the Pending Tweets in your account section to see if you want to allow them to run or not.

You will receive 1 email asking you to disapprove within 24 hours the wave that was sent. If you are happy to let that tweet run, simply ignore the email.

I would highly recommend that you do the following things in your email application. If you do not have an email app and use a browser based email client, I’m not sure you will be able to do this. I would also recommend downloading Thunderbird email client available for Windows and Mac, it’s free!

1. Put us on your trusted email list so that the email notices do not get lost in your junk, spam, or bulk folders.
2. Create a folder on your email application. And then create a rule so that all emails coming from our account go into this folder. This way you can simply click the folder and check all emails at once.
